Partner & Director
Juan Carlos Acosta has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a C.P.A. Graduated from the Autonomous University of Chiriquí, Has a Diploma in Cooperative Administration, Diploma in Tax Management, Internal Auditor ISO 9001 - 2000. With experience in External Auditing, Fraud Auditing and Internal Auditing. He has knowledge of accounting software and management of accounting cycles of cooperatives.
José Javier Bozo
Associate
Certified public accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Panama, a master’s degree and postgraduate studies in Taxation (UNESCPA) and INCAE’s Senior Management Program. Certified fraud examiner and real estate broker licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industries. He holds licenses from Panama’s Superintendency of the Securities Market as principal executive of broker-dealers and of investment managers, and as securities broker.
He has thirty years of experience, eighteen of them as Chief Financial Officer of Grupo Morgan & Morgan and five as Regional CFO of Colliers. He advises broker-dealers, funds and investment managers on capital adequacy, IFRS, anti-money laundering and segregation of assets, and companies on taxation, valuation and real estate fund structuring.
